At Zaloree, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Cash on Delivery orders refused at doorstep (see COD section below)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.
Important COD conditions:
- Customers must provide accurate name, address, and phone number.
- Orders confirmed via phone or WhatsApp cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Refusing a confirmed COD order at delivery without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.
- If a COD parcel is refused without prior notice, shipping and return courier charges may be recorded against the customer.
COD orders are considered final once dispatched.
5. Damaged Parcel at Delivery
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, torn, or opened:
- Do NOT accept the parcel.
- Inform the courier immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours with parcel photos.
If you accept a visibly damaged parcel without reporting it at the time of delivery, we may not be able to process a claim.
Courier damage claims must be reported immediately.
6. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive:
- A defective product
- The wrong item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred option), or
- Refund (if replacement unavailable)
7. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share your order number and reason
- Wait for approval before shipping
Do not send items back without approval.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
9. Refund Process
Once your return is received:
- Inspection takes 3–5 business days.
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the order falls under return conditions.
11. Exchange Policy
We encourage exchanges instead of refunds.
If size or variation change is needed, exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
